Not good at all and way too expensive!!!
As a Gerd sufferer I wanted to purchase a gum that would be the most healthiest to chew after eating as chewing can sometimes help with the symptoms of Gerd. So mad at myself for buying this product as I have wasted £11 on something I had to throw out it was so nasty and after a couple of mins chewing actually was so tough that it gave me tooth ache chewing it. The flavour is gone within 2 mins and the texture is just awful. It actually gave me more symptoms by chewing it. Really wish I hadn't have bough this at all. Money is tight for everyone at the moment so do yourself a favour and don't bother wasting the money on this overpriced product. Aside from my stomach issues I would not recommend this product at all even if just buying to be as healthy as you can teeth wise.
