I received a version of this in one of those subscription boxes years ago. The on/off button on that one stopped working, so I had to buy a new one. That's how much I like this flashlight. It has a bright light, and can extend to 22", and the top of the extender also bends. I've found it very useful. The front and back are magnetic, but haven't had to use that part, I imagine it could be useful to other people though.

I needed a tool that provided light in tight places so it had to be flexible. This not only did that it pulled out about two feet which extended the range of use. Folded up, it's a pocket pen light. It has already paid for itself in time while I work in my Miata. The magnet was an extra freebee which I used the day after I got the pen light. Great product Guys. The tool should be standard issue in all auto repair shops

Starting with the flashlight. For the size, it's decently bright. As bright as some larger flashlights I've purchased in the past. The light head telescopes out approximately 14" and can flex 180°. On to the magnet. It's also decently strong and I'm sure it'll come in handy. I was able to pick up objects weighing roughly 2lbs. It may pick up more but I didn't test beyond that. It came with the batteries required and also had replacements as well. Solid deal for the price.

I bought this for one of my husband’s Christmas gifts and he really likes it. He had bought each one of us a work cabinet to put his tools and such but he specifically mentioned the nails and screws were everywhere since our move. I found this tool and the strong handled magnet will help him get his screws organized and the great flashlight will help him see where they are.He found that everything was of good quality and it got here in time for Christmas 🎄.That was the important thing anyways.

I have reviewed the telescopic flashlight/magnet before. It is a must for every home, car, office desk drawer, etc.I have one placed in several places for my immediate use. I have given many as gifts. It is especially an excellent tool in a sewing room/area. I absolutely live this “tool”. I even carry one in my purse.
