30 SECONDS Cleaners Outdoor Cleaner, 2.5 Gallon - Concentrate, White (2.5G30S)

I recently tried the 30 SECONDS Mold & Mildew Cleaner & Stain Remover Concentrate, and I am thoroughly impressed! This product does exactly what it promises: it quickly tackles mold and mildew stains, leaving surfaces looking fresh and clean. The gallon size offers great value, and the concentrate goes a long way when mixed with water.I used it on my bathroom tiles and grout, which had accumulated some stubborn mold over time. After applying the solution and letting it sit for a few minutes, I scrubbed lightly, and the stains were gone! It also worked wonderfully on my outdoor patio furniture and deck, removing mildew without any harsh chemicals or strong smells.What I appreciate most about this product is its ease of use – it doesn’t require any scrubbing or harsh rubbing to get great results. This product really works! I had tried other products to clean a brick siding and section of sidewalk. It was frustrating because the green dirty discoloration would not come off completely. However , When I tried this product, it worked immediately. I’m very satisfied with the results.

This product works well and is easy to use. I bought the undiluted jar and used my own sprayer that you hook up to a hose. I saw reviews complaining about the sprayer not working for the premix. I had no trouble at all and no unwanted leaking or bleached clothes. I was able to do most of the outside of my 3500 square foot home in a little less than half an hour. The results are just wonderful, every little bit of that green film on the house came off in one or two passes of the sprayer and in a matter of mintues. The smell was barely noticeable, I totally recommed.

The subdivision we live in has an association, (NEVER AGAIN) and will fine you for the smallest conjectured infraction, including algae on your siding. First off, I’ve never even seen siding that grows algae, and at times, even mold. WTH?Thank goodness for this product! My husband used to have to spend hours power-washing this off. This works like a charm. It literally just removes it within a very limited amount of time.The only issue I don’t care for is the non-safety of the chemicals in it. You need to make sure you get none on your skin, or any surrounding foliage, and rinse immediately. This still flushes it into the ground, and roots system of the plants, tress, bushes, etc.I’m hoping it doesn’t have some long term effect on the ground beneath. But due to the association, until something safer comes along, this will have to do!

Just mix, spray it on and hose it off! Amazing stuff, easy to use!

I was again surprised with a product I originally had doubts about. I used this under my eves and porch and it was just covered with mold as I didn’t scrub it for 2 years. Just sprayed it on from my own spray bottle, let sit for a minute or two and wiped right off. Wear gloves because it’s strong. Another great value and will purchase again.

First let us talk about concentration of the content with water. Tried the product from full concentration to various levels of dilution. Was not particularly impressed with effectiveness of the cleaner with different stains, molds and mildew.Consumed the entire container for very small area coverage.Will not be buying this product again.Cannot comment on the smell as the product was used outdoors.Why did I still give a 3 star? Maybe the area I was trying to clean was very bad.
