I opened the pillow cover and found a large number of what appears to be bed bugs crawling under the outer cover. If this was in between the 2 covers, I can't imagine what is on the inside. I closed it and put it outside immediately. I asked to return the item but at this point I don't think it's safe to send in the mail with the number of bugs I saw in there. This may have been a good pillow had I used it but now I'm hesitant to even try a new one from the same company.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I ordered this despite some reviews saying the cushion had brown bugs. Should have trusted my gut and these reviews and not bought it. Soon as I got it I opened it up just to check that it didn't have a bug issue--and what do you know, it had bugs.

Both pillows came contaminated with bugs. These are not bed bugs but some kind of a tiny beetle.It took about 7 days for them to proliferate. We had to throw away the pillows.

It was infested with insects! I did not need to open the cushion, since I opened the box all the bag where the cushion came was all with insects! Dont buy it! Dont waste your money!

I recently used this cushion during a one-day Vipassana course (8 hours duration) and I found it to be rather uncomfortable due to its shape. The cushion itself was great - except, as others have noted, for the bugs. I read the reviews beforehand and was hoping that was just a fluke, since there were only a few people who seemed to get the infested pillows, but I got one too.I originally loved my cushion; it's lovely to look at and well-made. It seemed a bit too hard for me, so I opened it to take out some of the buckwheat... and it was crawling with little brown bugs. Really too bad, because the cushion itself seemed great, was a perfect size and shape, and the heavy cotton fabric felt great, but... bugs inside.I took pics of the bugs and sent them to the vendor who immediately apologized and refunded my purchase price, but I wasn't willing to risk the same thing happening again so re-purchased a similar cushion from another vendor.

Bought this. It smelled funny and had living crawling bugs inside.

Beautiful pillow, really wanted to love this. I noticed the bugs upon opening the plastic and put the entire pillow along with the original packaging in an airtight container for an entire week. The bugs were still living so I have to return it.

Absolutely love this. Good looking in the room, but more important it is so comfortable and reduces my chronic back pain during meditation. Haven't washed it yet so not sure how easy that will be.

Love the purple! Already have two others in different colours which my daughter loves. She says "they're comfy on her butt". Purple is a gift for her.
