Screens seems to be of great quality, no lag and clear definition. It's definitely better than the last screen that was replaced by a repair shop for $150. It may seem like a daunting task to replace the screen in your IPhone yourself but it is doable. You just need to have patience, a good lighting source, the appropriate tools and possibly a magnifying glass in order to replace the miniscule screw inside the phone.

I have bought and installed this screen 3 times on my daughter’s iPhone 11 Pro over a 2 year period. The process is tedious, but can be accomplished, even if you mess up a couple times in the process. I recommend buying the screws for your phone separately, as they are higher quality & easier to reassemble the phone with. I have found it necessary to buy a non OEM case to protect the phone after installing this screen which makes the phone slightly thicker. Otter Box had a nice case that fits & protects the slightly thicker phone. I have found it unnecessary to replace the glue as the new screen snaps into place and sticks to the old glue. When reassembling, don’t over tighten the screws, slide the screen a few mm into the bottom of the phone, and then carefully push the sides together allowing the clips to snap into place (about 3 snaps per side). On one of my repairs, the 2 longer screws near the charge port screwed in, but kept turning. This did not cause a problem as they did not fall out despite not being tight.

I wish I could give 5 stars because this company has awesome customer service but since I did have an issue with the screen,I couldn't justify it. I bought a replacement screen for my son’s iphone 11 pro and the screen went in easily, worked great and for a reasonable price. Only problem is that it began having issues after a few months.I reached out for a replacement or refund and was told Amazon would handle it. So I contacted Amazon, who’s customer service sucks. I was told that it was beyond 30 days so no refund by the Amazon chat assistant. I escalated the request because I do not think a product that stops working in a few months should be the customer’s issue.The Amazon assistant replied that the product was not the problem and that the issue was with whom installed it and then asked who did the screen replacement. I was in fact the person who installed the screen and thought it was a nice attempt to past the buck but it wasn’t going to fly.Amazon finally agreed to a refund upon return of the screen. I live 45 minutes away from the closest town so I get into town only once a week. 4 days after reaching out to Amazon, I check on my return email. This is when I see that the refund had been changed to a partial refund and that it would expire the next day however I wasn’t able to go into town until the day after.Unhappy with this outcome, I reached out to the company by an email that was included with the screen for customer service issues. I explained how Amazon was handling the situation and they were compassionate and offered a full refund without having to send the screen back to them. And they did it all the same day without any hesitation.Awesome Customer Service! The screen seemed to work great for a while but started to have issues. I can not be certain if this was due to my son or due to a defective screen. But seeing how awesome their customer service is, I would recommend this product because it comes with a quick and easy refund if you do have any issues.It seems like it is harder to find companies that stand by their products and that give a refund if their products do not meet your standards. This is that company. Take note Amazon, this is what your customers expect.

The item is no where near the quality of the stock screen. It somewhat works but don't expect it to accurately detect a touch. I get all kinds of crazy responses especially when touching the screen. If you are desperate for a fast and temporary fix (I am already just shopping for a new phone) this screen will suffice in a pinch but expect to be annoyed and frustrated with its use and resolution.

This replacement screen did what I didn’t even think was possible: it brought my iPhone 11 Pro Max back to life! I don’t know if it’s magic or science, but now my phone is like new, without the cracked glass that made me feel like a tech failure.Conclusion:If your iPhone looks more like a puzzle than a phone, this screen is your salvation.
