Holy Smokes!!!!.......i am extremely happy with this pouch!!!....i love every single feature!!!, i love the price!!!.....its the best pouch at the best price for your trauma kit!!!....it was fun building my kit with this pouch....awsome velcro tear away feature!!!....love the lightning fast deployment with all the contents ready to see!!!....i love the molly for attaching stuff as you can see i have a tourniquet and scissors attached!...... i never post pics but had to here. This pouch has so much space....its dimmensions are PERFECT!!!....at the time of this post, i got it for $15. AMAZEBALLS!!!!

This pouch is exactly what I was looking for. To add extra space for my (IFAK) kit necessary add on's. It was large enough to do just that and still have a little extra room. It is well laid out on the inside with loops and pockets and also has a drop down panel for more organization. It has proven to be very durable so far. Especially since I take from home to vehicle and sometimes swap vehicles during the day. This pouch goes with me almost everywhere and hasn't really shown signs of wear so far. I'm really pleased with this pouch. And last but not least. You can't beat the price.

I bought two of these one black and one brown. I am making two vehicle trauma kits one for each of my cars. These are the biggest I could find on amazon while not getting into a bag. I still have a few more things to buy for them. Once filled I will update photos of them loaded up. Overall I’m happy with the fit and finish along with the size.

Awesome first aid pouch, comes with the patch in photo. I got 5 of them for gifts and they're all well made. Durable, good zipper and redundant velcro strap keep it closed, Velcro and another strap keep it attached to the rip-away backing. Best part is inside is set up really well, 3 full width pockets are great for bandages and other stuff, 3 elastic straps on one side to hold stuff vertically, the other side has 4 elastic straps stacked on 4 others but they're pretty tight, barely got a roll of medical tape in one and a gauze roll in another, still perfectly happy with it. Includes the mesh bag attachment, but also includes a separate mesh bag that may be useful in various ways.

Wow this is about 1/4 larger than the Condor or other pouches in its category. However I found it perfect for my range kit because I was able to fit a 36" Sam Splint and 2 of each tourniquets, pressure bandages, chest seals and other hemorrhage control equipment making this a multi-person kit.

I drive a lot and I will hit the range some days. One time I was on the highway and there was a bad roll over accident. I pulled over grabbed the first aid kit and headed over to the scene. One thing came apparent very quickly. The first aid kit in the car with bandaids for scratches and little square patches for slightly larger scratches was woefully inadequate. I took some more first aid training an put together a more serious first aid pack. Now I have scissors, chest seal, Adventure medical kit trauma pack, a tourniquet, and a large and small israeli bandage. All of which were purchased on amazon. Now I can grab this pack and my "scratch only/ I have a little booboo" first aid kit to help out in a bad situation. I would also recommend a fire extinguisher in roll over accidents. Training for whatever you decide to include as well.

These comments followed my state of mind over the course of a month.1) This kit holds a lot. I keep adding and adding stuff and I'm still able to close the kit without stressing the zippers. I originally bought the kit to attach to my tactical bugout bag, but I like the kit so much I added a shoulder strap and replaced the fist aid kit I keep in my car.2) I added a MOLLE bag. Needless to say, it's too heavy for my bugout bag, so I'm buying another on one of these kits for it.3) The kit was unbalanced with the additional MOLLE bag, so I moved it to the rear and added another MOLLE bag with a carrying strap. Everything for light first aid I keep in the outer bags. Easy to carry and to find what I need.4) I guess I got carried away with the additions...lol. In hindsight, I should have just bought just one, since it's "tear-off." But I got greedy defeated the purpose. But I just love these kits! Highly recommended!

Well made and laid out. I now have it filled with all that I was wanting and still have extra room.
