What does this mean - " Don't worry Markings will come off in the dishwasher. Emergency fixation, immutable incompatibility."??

A dishwasher is not required for the markings to disappear from the glass. Standard hand washing will suffice. In other words, the glasses will be useless in just a few months.

Can you bake with these glasses? Are they made out of Pyrex?

I only use these to measure small amounts of liquid.Just a reminder, all the lettering came off my glasses:(

Are the espresso shot glasses fit for wine?

They are very durable and solidly made. If you're looking to use as measurement or actual shot glass you would have no problem.
