The positive reviews on this product are pure BS. Don't fall for them. Major disappointment - followed directions and absolutely NO difference after using for a week, often doubling the dosage with still no effect. The so-called "instant effect" is non-existent. I purposefully did NOT tell my husband that I was using this product (or even that I'd purchased it) so that even if I failed to notice the difference that he would have noticed if I were "tighter", and he definitely would have said something. I also purchased the pills and using them simultaneously - even doubling the dosage to twice a day - I was that desperate for a positive result. In the past, I had used a product years ago that actually worked called pk24, but it's even more expensive and a little difficult to find. I ordered mine from Rite Aid's website (they do NOT carry it in their stores) and am awaiting its arrival. I'm thinking that after 4 babies and a bladder that has prolapsed into a stretched out vagina, that my best bet might be to have everything put back the way it was pre-childbirth surgically - it's called a vaginoplasty.It's not covered by insurance (surprise, surprise) and it's not cheap. I'm already starting to save up for one, beginning with the refund I'll get from returning these 3 tubes of useless gel along with the 3 bottles of useless pills they sell.Fortunately, I noticed when looking in my amazon orders that I had 30 days in which to return these items to receive a full refund, but I'm not waiting. This stuff is pure junk, IMO, so I'm not going to waste any more time with it. I've already printed out my return label and my package is ready to drop in the UPS box tomorrow. If you want to take a chance and go ahead and order this stuff to see if it works for you, be my guest, but also be forewarned and prepared to return your items within the allotted time - unless you just have money to throw away. I don't.

Great Product.I've been using this for about a month now and wanted to do a detailed review. I think all of us are skeptical when we find products like these that promise so much. What it comes down to is that it works. No it is not a miracle change, but it is definately there.I have been using two pumps in the evening rather than the one in the morning and one at night as instructed. Yes give up to about twenty to thirty minutes before hand as suggested.So the reason I started this was because I was self conscious after having my son and my ex of many years being a larger man. Now I am with some one who is not quite as large and it just seemed pretty lackluster between the sheets. I figured why not.I admit my excitment got the best of me and I did use two pumps in the morning and two pumps in the evening before hand. Wow. The difference was truly substantial. From then using the as directed amount there is still a big difference but not as mind blowing of an experience as the first couple times. I admit I missed a couple days here and there but the affects were still there even after three days of not using it, so it is long term affect.It did not seem as effective the last couple weeks, but I could still feel the difference. My partner is not one to comment one way or another, and I haven't really had a reaction from him since the first few times, so really it's about me. I feel the difference and am much more satisfied.I have tried one other product called shrink cream. It works and is a lot cheaper but dries you out. Or at least it did me. So really it only worked until I was wet then all the effects were gone. It tasted absolutely terrible as well, so if you're trying to be discrete like I am there's no real way to explain to your partner why it tastes like they're chomping on a deoderant stick when down there. The tight gel though has no odor and no taste. He didn't notice it at all. It is rather messy to apply especially when you are smaller and getting smaller with use. Waiting the twenty to thirty minutes gives it time to absorb and work so you aren't all goopy.I recommend laying down to apply.The results seem to work with gravity. Standing up even now it is a sensation to have a single finger in. Laying down or on your side gravity is different and so is the feel not nearly as tight as when standing. You're still small at the entrance but the rest is not as snug as an upward position.For me I am elated and so very happy with the purchase. I skipped around the first week so dame pleased with myself and the results. I will buy another bottle when this one runs out and I do recommend it highly to any one who's looking for spice or a confidence boost.I was not a large person before. Lets say i was a size Medium and it has worked me down to a small and I'm working further to my goal of extra small.The ingredients are proven and natural. you can look them up for many years of proven use. Each woman's body is different.For me the cons of it were it is messy to apply, but that means your extra 'ready' for him when the time comes. It was also not as affective in other positions aside from standing. Test it to see where and how is best for you.It also seemed to lose affect at the end of the month but that could be me getting used to the smaller size or me missing a few days here and there.There was cramping but when your shrinking muscles, that just makes sense on a physical level.I did not have irregular periods, break through bleeding or any other adverse reactions like some of the other reviews stated, aside from slight cramping when I put it in as muscles are pulling together to make it smaller.My current partner is not an xxl like my ex but he is large and I did have some tenderness and perhaps tearing would be a good word like you do when you're a teenager with some one for the first time.This hasn't happened since the first two weeks so as I said. I'm going to continue to use until I get my desired size. I am not sure why the effects seemed to be less for both him and I after the first two weeks, but hopefully it turns back around. It also could be us both getting used to the smaller size as well.After purchasing this product I was sent a flyer in the mail for a free isosensuals product. So bonus! :)
