I rarely comment on products. However, this harness is a game changer for my workout routine. I will now be able to make front squats a regular part of my workout program as the harness allows me take the focus and energy off of holding the bar in position and put it on working out my legs. The harness is of the highest quality, easy to use and worth the money.

This is a solid well made harness. I have used the Westside Barbell Zercher harness and this one is easily as sturdy. The frame is true and the welds have full penetration around all 360 degrees for each post (unlike some of those frightening discount harnesses out there.). The padding is a high density foam that looks like it will hold up for years. I weigh 280# and this fits me with room to spare. Despite the extra room it stays in place when loaded and does not shift around.
