True color
I have been coloring my hair for years and I've tried various Brands but this brand has been my go-to for The Last 5 Years. It is true to color it's very vibrant. If you use a sealer after application and rinsing it lasts several weeks. It doesn't smell bad. If you get it on your skin or on your clothes or even on the floor soap and water will get it right off. L'Oreal is a great brand and I will recommend purchasing this product I use either red or red hot

The most vibrant, natural looking shade of red!
After trying numerous shades, Sizzling Copper is officially my one and only hair dye. I have waist length, very thick level 2 darkest brown hair with 20% gray. I use two tubes along with the appropriate amount of 30 developer, starting with my roots & working my down to the ends, then let it sit for an hour followed by deep conditioning mask. I've done this with my last dye jobs & my hair turns out fiery copper red with no noticeable damage. My hair stays soft & shiny. Of all the hair dyes I have used including other reds in this product line, Sizzling Copper has the best staying power. I experience little fade, even when washing my hair with regular shampoo & warm water. The vibrancy tones down, but it stays a lovely coppery red color until my next dye application. This shade (IMO) is what natural red hair looks like. I love it! So happy to have found my holy grail.

Yes!!
Got my hair very bright red, my hair is very long so i recommend using 2/3 boxes. My hair is also a darker brown and still showed up like it was on blonde hair.

You might as well get regular box dye
I was soooo excited after watching YouTube on how to get bright vibrant colors without using bleach, so I bought the “intense red” bc I wanted to spice it up a little since I loc’d my 4C hair and was planing to dye the retwist it. I followed the directions but it only gave me a purplish tint like I just put a rinse on my hair. Not even one strand looked red. Some of my scalp felt like it was getting ready to burn a little and I had a PTSD moment with it feeling similar to how perm feels when you leave it in too long, so I rinsed it out thinking it processed long enough (and of course thinking I need to rinse this out before my hair falls out) I don’t know how people kept this stuff on for 40+ minutes bc when I rinsed washed my hair, it was literally smoking! And my hair felt so brittle I had to save it by deep conditioning and oils for it to not even color it. I’m not sure what chemicals are in this but sis just buy the box dye bc the SMELL of this stuff smells like something you shouldn’t even slather on your hair. It was so strong, it was burning my eyes and nose and had to open a window. But all of that just to have my hair tinted you wouldn’t know it’s “colored” unless in the sun. I know people say this is a “healthier” method than traditional box dye but it’s just bad if not worse(bc why was my scalp burning and hair smoking?) At least with the other box dye I know my hair would be the color it claims it’ll be. I’m not sure if I didn’t use enough developer or if the product I got was defective or what, but take a gamble if you want ladies.

Easy to use
The direction are very tiny on the side of the box. For a second I thought it didn’t have any but once you find them, it’s very straightforward. It definitely colored my dark brown almost black hair, but in the future I would personally:- let product process longer, checking every 10-15 minutes. For this round, I let it process for 30 minutes then colored my roots and let it process for another 10 minutes, so 40 minutes in all. I’ve seen another people process for a total of an hour and the color came out brighter.- I used 20 volume developer but I may use 30 next time to help it process faster/better.Surprisingly, my hair doesn’t feel very damaged nor did I have a lot of shedding after rinsing the color out. My hair doesn’t look or feel any worse for wear. I’d definitely buy the product again.
