Very easy to place my poster. I am very pleased with product!

It looks more expensive than I would have expected. I put it on a poster I have with a red background and it really looks good.

This is a decent poster frame. I like that it has actual wire and good hanging hardware versus those cheap sawtooth type hangers that are pressed into the backing. It came VERY well packaged and shipped very quickly.However, I am a bit disappointed overall. There are numerous scuff marks in the black frame that don't buff out with a soft dry or wet cloth. One of the corners isn't connected at all, and it's definitely visible. I'm going to putty and paint that corner and I think it'll be fine, but it's not something I should have to do.To me, the frame feels cheap and for the price, I thought it would be a bit better quality. For what I'm hanging and where, this will work. Ultimately, I don't think I would buy this again.

I returned it only because it wasn't the right size

I had to frame 4 posters which were gifts. I assume the posters cost about $20 each and, while cool, were not very valuable pieces of artwork. I was looking for something that looked classy and simple, but was not silly cost wise for just a few nice posters. These frames were exactly what I was looking for.Frame Construction: The frame is made of a particle board type wood held together on the back with 3 wood staples at each corner. The black finish is simple and well executed and the frame feels sturdy. The frames come with a plain corrugated cardboard back and a basic clear plastic front. The plastic front is covered on each side in a sheet of protective plastic, so if it looks a bit scratched wait until you remove the protective cover to judge. The plastic is not anti-glare, so it will reflect light. The backing is held in by 18 bendable metal tabs inserted into the wooden frame. The tabs are not evenly spaced, if you care about that, but there are quite a few of them - the backing is sufficiently secured. I bent them up with a butter knife to remove the contents, and bent them back the same way. For ease of inserting the artwork, I suggest bending the tabs once all the way back until they touch the edge of the frame - you may have to dig a bit into the cardboard to retrieve the tabs initially; they can bite into the cardboard. The size of the frame is true, and my 18x24 prints fit very snug (no extra space around the perimeter, which is good in my opinion because the artwork will not sag or move).Accessories/Hardware: There is no mounting hardware attached to the frame when they arrive. The hardware comes in a plastic bag attached to the back of the frame. The frames come with all mounting hardware. I mean ALL mounting hardware: This includes two metal ring mounts to be screwed into the back of the frame to hold picture wire, 2 Phillips head screws to attach the two ring mounts to the back of the frame, approximately 3 feet of picture wire, a hook to hang the picture on, and even a nail for the picture hook. I installed the mounts approximately 5" down from the top of the frame on each side using a portable screw gun (battery powered) to drive the screws straight into the wood. The wood seemed decently hard, so I would not recommend installing these with a hand screw driver unless you drill a pilot hole of some kind. On the other hand, I'm the kind of guy that uses power tools to put IKEA furniture together, so take that for what it's worth. The screws are of an appropriate wood screw thread, so they went in easily with the screw gun.Service: One of my frames arrived with a cracked plastic front cover in the corner. The crack was approximately 4". I immediately contacted Craig Frames through Amazon's "Contact Seller" with a photo of the shipping damage to request a new plastic cover. Craig Frames in fact sent me an entirely new frame with no additional comment on my part within just a few days. The frame arrived in what appeared to be a more robust packaging and was undamaged. Very satisfied with this.General conclusion: If you have a piece of original artwork or something very valuable to you, I would recommend a different framing solution which might offer acid free backing, real wood or metal framing, UV protected anti-glare plexiglass or etc. This is not what these Craig Frames are supposed to be for in my opinion. If you are looking to frame something that is not super sensitive, sentimental, or valuable, I would highly recommend these frames because of their low cost, generally decent quality for the price, and the exceptional service from the seller. I will definitely be buying more Craig Frames for the numerous other posters I want to hang up around my house because they are such a good value, but I will probably go elsewhere for some of the paintings my friends have done for me.

The size of the frame (large poster size) was as advertised and it was easy to put together and hang. It looks as I'd hoped.

I used this to frame a diamond painting and I am very happy with the end results! Good quality frame at a reasonable price. I will definitely be ordering from this company again in the future. Delivery was prompt and packaging was excellent!
