The hamburgers themselves are very good, but the packaging isn't. There are two burgers in every package, and there's no way to defrost one single hamburger. It would be all right if you could get them apart while they're frozen, but it's impossible. I want to be able to defrost one hamburger at a time.

Good....

First the packaging. Impossible to separate frozen patties. Had to thaw to do this. Fried 2 patties and the amount of grease left in pan was disgusting. The taste was like your regular store bought ground beef. Not worth the price. They once had the tastiest lean burgers ever. These were terrible!

These steakburgers are a little lean for keto or zero carb BUT, you know what THAT means! BUTTER!! Or tallow! They're excellent both with and without the extra fat!PS - they're also good for single people as they are a half pound each, and dang good beef! They make an excellent baby meatloaf or half batch of spaghetti sauce, mexican beef or ghoulash!
