Purchased #'s 5, 6 & 7 as a gift for my 10 year old nephew. He was absolutely thrilled. He really enjoys this series. I love that he likes to read and not spend all of his time on video games!

My 8 year old insisted on buying the first book of this series on a whim. He was hooked from the first paragraph. He proceeded to read the entire 6 book series in 12 days. He literally took this book everywhere he went.

This is not really a review from my own experience. My 9 year old nephew loves these books though. He's collecting all of them. To me, anything that gets kids into reading (an actual book) is great!

My fifth grader loved this book and the series. I had to buy them because they were always checked out at his school library.

We bought the entire series for our grandson as a Christmas and birthday gift. He was truly over the moon!!.

My 9 x year old read this as soon as it arrived, hopefully there will be a #7. He loves this series of books.
