The Story of Abraham Lincoln: An Inspiring Biography for Young Readers (The Story of Biographies) Paperback – March 3, 2020

This book is so much more detailed, fun and informative for kids rather than a lot of other biographies geared towards elementary age. My second grader uses this while we homeschool and even I’m learning so many new things about Abraham Lincoln that I didn’t know before. We’re looking forward to reading a lot of other biographies from this author as well!

This is such a fun book to learn about one of our amazing presidents!!

My Grandson liked this book. Told Grandma all about Abraham Lincoln.

My son loves to learn about presidents from the past and he enjoyed this book.

My son (7 yrs. old) is super into history after his class started to learn more about the Presidents. I bought several of these books and he loves them. He is an advanced reader, so they may be more suited for 2nd and 3rd graders but they are full of great information. Fun info too.

It was a bit long for a 2nd grade reader, but wonderful detail to share with an adult reader.

This book is perfect for a young reader interested in history. The thought provoking questions are great and placed perfectly for comprehension. I loved the timelines too, and referred to them often. I thought the personal questions a great tie in to relating history and personal experiences. A must read!

This was a gift for my grandson when he tested positive for Covid. He thanked me for the book and said he did not know A. Lincoln was born in Ky. He is in the 3rd grade and learned from the book. I would call him an advanced reader.
