This product worked great for a couple of weeks then all the sudden is just stared heating the tank. Good thing it failed during the day when I was home so I stopped it from cooking my axoltol. Several reviewers claimed this happened to them also. Save your money and buy a better more reliable product.Mine no longer cools at all and will not stop at the stop temp it just keeps on heating the water. The probe is reading the temp correctly the machine just keeps spewing hot water.edit for a mistype and clarity.

I have a turtle and living in Florida it's a challenge to keep a tank outside. Too hot to the point that the water becomes warm. I found this water chiller. It's a lot less expensive than the professional ones. It's keeping the temperature in between 72f and 85f which is perfect for my turtle. The tank is a 40 gallons but has 30 gallons of water. The only problem is the tube. It's too soft and bend easily so the water flow stops. Plus it's too short. I bought a good one and replaced. Now it's perfect. Sorry there's no way to add a picture.

Terrible you definitely get what u paid for . Save up and buy a real chiller. This does not cool water at all.

what delivered is not brand new, its used item and even the 2meter hose 8mm is not in the box
