Foxs Socks Board book – January 9, 2020

My son just loves this book. I love it! She is an amazing author; we love many of her books. She is no "one hit wonder". The illustrations are so lovely; these two make a great team (author and illustrator - have many collaborations).Wish I had gotten is way earlier, when my son was under 1 year. But he still enjoying it at 1 and 1/2. He loves flap books (I imagine all kids do). He is learning to say all sorts of words, like "hat" and "bow-tie". It teaching a lot of concepts. Really cute.I got the book because my son's favorite toy is the fox, and it is not easy to find a book where the fox is nice and friendly. Wish it was longer, but it still is super cute!

This book is out of print, but there are copies available through vendors. My daughter told me that she'd like a copy for her second son, now 2 years old, as his older brother had loved this story. The vendor I ordered from sent it promptly, and it was in really great shape. I was so pleased. It's a charming book!

I am a huge fan of Julia Donaldson and her books! Again, Axel Scheffler has done a wonderful job illustrating this adorable 'open to find' book, in the same bright and colorful style as The Gruffalo!

Cute story that my child wants read to all the time.

Grandkids loved the book!

My one year old loves to sit and look at the pictures while I read this at bedtime. She is beginning to be able to turn back the flaps to reveal the picture underneath. It is a very quick, fun read.

My 1-year-old loves this book. The illustrations are pretty and detailed, and the rhymes are short enough for a toddler's short attention span.
