Minecraft Enderman Head

Perfect addition to my son’s Minecraft themed birthday party! I couldn’t find officially licensed Minecraft themed party supplies but found some knock off pixelated supplies & decided to buy a few of these Minecraft cardboard heads to help pull the Minecraft look together. These worked out really well in achieving that & I was very pleased with the results. There is a hole in the bottom of the head & holes for eyes so it can be worn as a costume which was its original purpose & fun for the kids at the party. We are now using them as decor for my son’s bedroom since it will have a gaming theme soon. I’d say these are quite pricey per head but, they can be used for many things (decor, costume, yearly photos, photo booth, etc.) so I think we will get our monies worth one way or another. They are made with thick cardboard so they are great quality & they are fairly easy to assemble. Great product, good condition & fast shipping! Add Wal-Mart/Family Dollar/Dollar General priced black sweat pants/shirt and hot glue black painted card board (8 small pieces, and one 11" x 11" piece) to the sweatsuit and Voila, instant perfect costume. Other purchase online costumes including the black cardboard pieces were $59.95 (WAY too much for a 9yr old costume). I bought the head for 11.95 (free shipping), the sweatsuit for $5.00, and .99 cents for a can of black paint and everyone has cardboard at home - total price $18.00 (cheaper than any store for any pre-made costume). The head could be easy enough to make but it wouldn't have fit well, this head comes with styrofoam inserts that can be adjusted for a perfect fit. If you have a MineCraft junkie, this is an item to purchase!

Is what it looks like, a preprinted cardboard head. Comes flat, pops up and looks official. But BIG. On a very tall 8 year old, it rested on his shoulders (not his head) so had to modify the cardboard headpiece insert with our own extra pieces so he could use it and not have it flop off. Hint: The package says ages 15 and up, not 8 like the listing. The insert can be cut for larger kids, but making it fit a shorter head isn't accommodated without your personal creativity. Otherwise, this thing totally is what it is and is decently made, but like everyone else I paid $20 for a card board box precisely so I would NOT have to make things by hand, and the sizing thing kind of blew that.

My son loved this...of course. He loves mine craft. I ordered 3 from different sources...but they were all the same. There is a piece of cardboard inside that helps keep the head where the kids can look out the eyes. It's of course, not a perfect fit. We taped the piece inside and it worked good enough for play. I'm not sure it would be comfortable enough for a halloween costume...it would depend on the size of the kid, really. Smaller kids would likely get lost in this head.

I purchased this Mindcraft Enderman Head for my 7 year old daughter's Halloween costume! It was a huge hit! She absolutely loves it! It is very sturdy and the eye holes are large enough that she can see very well. That was very important I didn't want her to have a hard time seeing with it on. I would highly recommend purchasing this product. It was very reasonable priced as well! It will also be used as a fun dress up item!

Look, I get it. I was late getting my kid's Halloween costume together. I knew I was getting ripped off paying $30 for a cardboard box. But it's not even a good cardboard box. Like every other piece of corrugated cardboard in the world, it wants to fold easily along some lines and not the others. But unlike the Amazon shipping box that contained it, the manufacturer didn't even bother to crease the folds across the corrugation. So half of the folds are an ugly, rounded mess. The tabs that insert into the slots to form the 'box' shape held for about 45 minutes, so I had to use packing tape to keep it from unfolding itself.

This product is okay. My son used it to complete his Mine-Craft costume he made himself. I think the product is a little overpriced since it is literally a cardboard box that is painted. It served it's purpose but it was kind of cheap looking. It also kept moving around on my son's head. We tried everything to get the head to stay put, but my son had to keep adjusting it to get it to stay straight on his head. He also complained that it was hard to see through. However it did make my son's costume, because without it you would not be able to tell what his costume was. Overall it was worth buying because my son enjoyed being an Enderman for the day, and a lot of his Mine-Craft loving friends were jealous of his cool costume, even if it wasn't the best quality head.

Great for a kid. Not so much for an adult. But since I bought it for an 11-year-old, I'm fine with that. If you're an adult and want to wear this, know that it will sit oddly on your head and shoulders. You may need to pad it. But for a child, it seems to work pretty well. My son wore it most of Halloween night trick or treating with no issues.
