Q: Is this shampoo for all types of hair and not just oily? Also can you used on dyed hair?

I think it's fine for all hair types and yes, definitely suitable for dyed hair. My hair is dyed and it works really well getting rid of red undertones. Would recommend the mask as well though, I feel it does the most out of the three products available.

Q: Will this remove red after bleaching ?

I use this to tone done the red in my brown hair. If you want to get rid of red after bleaching, I would get a temporary green hair dye and colour over that.

Q: My hair looks jet black but in certain lights it has a red tone to it, will this help?

No it will not help. It’s useless

Q: How many times a week do you need to use this for it to be effective?

For me personally it worked the first time I used it and I have to say it’s the best shampoo and conditioner I’ve used for dark hair and really good to keep the red tones out
