Great training dummy
Great training dummy. The only potential downside is that it's a little stiff, but that should loosen up over time. Perfect weight and size. This provides a great core workout if you apply full-guard and use core to move the dummy around. I struggle remembering all of the techniques and finding enough time to train as a single dad, so this fills the gap.

way too stiff and heavy
the durability of this thing is through the roof. im not ripping it up anytime soon. however, the legs are way stiff and it is very heavy. so I find that I am holding it up more than realistically practicing any jiu jitsu . if the legs were more adjustable it would be awesome.

Won't sit in place
The dummy is very well made, meaning this dummy won't rip at all. but the legs are a big problem. They are so close together that makes it impossible to keep the dummy sitting down. I find myself holding the dummy so it won't fall to its side instead of me practicing my close guard.The dummy is very heavy which is good, feels like an actual person on top of you but like I said before it won't stay in place. If you only want to practice side control this dummy is great other than that it is not for me.For its price I recommend a cheaper dummy.
