I'll be re-ordering this!
I am in my mid-40s with (prematurely) full-on silver hair which I love and do not dye, but it makes finding an eyebrow product challenging. My brows are still totally brown, a dark, ash brown, but see-through and sparse since I hit my 40s. My coloring is low contrast - I have fair skin and blue eyes. (I have been color analyzed a "soft summer")THIS is the brow product I'll be re-ordering, the No. 5 Grey, which is their light gray shade.I tried many, many brow products, both pencil and powder. The problem is that they are nearly all either too dark or too warm. Almost all brown, taupe, or blond brow products go orange on me. Not a match. The cooler dark brown, soft black, and charcoal gray products I tried are just too dark for my soft coloring. Looks like I drew my brows on with a Sharpie black marker.Etude House's light gray pencil is truly gray - almost too cool for me but preferable to the many too warm shades. Even though it's "light" it does darken my natural brows a bit. The color really isn't a perfect match to my brows themselves, but it does match my hair color pretty nicely. The tip of the texture is angled but "fat" - if you're looking for a precision pencil to draw on individual hairs, this is not for you! You are not going to be able to create those on fleek, Instagram brows with this pencil. I think of it more like a shadow for my brows - adding that shadow gives my sparse brows a more filled-in, healthy look. I prefer a more natural makeup look, as opposed to a makeup-y look, so this works for me. It's pretty easy to use - just scribble in your brows and then use the convenient spoolie on the other end to comb through your brows and soften the look. It's a twist-up pencil, so no sharpener needed. The texture is pretty hard and waxy, as expected. I like my brow pencil hard and waxy. It does fade somewhat by the end of a long day, but it doesn't run or smear on me (I live in a cool climate though.) I'm not sure how long it will last or if it will dry out at some point, but I've been using it for about a month so far with no issues.

Such a perfect natural grey
Wow. This pencil is perfect. Having let my grey hair grow in, browns looked really weird. This is a great toned down grey. No weird blueish tint. No heavy charcoal color. It perfectly subtle and gorgeous. I'm pleasantly surprised. It makes me love my grey hair more now that my whole face is color balanced.

On being High-Brow ~~
It's tough when you have white hair and don't want black brows, nor dark, dark brown, or even the blond, not to mention the pencils that leave a reddish tint to your brows. Ugh. Etude House Drawing Eye Brow in Grey-Brown is wonderful! No red cast to the color and what a perfect shade! I love the angled little brush on one end and the spoolie on the other. Glides on like a dream and when you run through your brows afterward with the spoolie, well! Looks like the perfect brow hairs. The application is so simple and it lasts and lasts --- and that was even through doing yard work on a hot and humid day. This is now my go-to without question. A million thanks to Etude House!

Best eyebrow pencil- consistent buyer
I’m always skeptical about eyebrow pencils because usually they are too dark and look unnatural. This product is amazing because you can apply it very light, and build up darkness if needed. It has chalk like texture to it and it lasts longer then other pencils i have tried. Super affordable and the grey-brown looked great when I was both blonde and brunette. Highly recommend!

Great eye brown pencil!
I found this product through an online blogger and so glad I did. I have short, curly, white and brown hair and pale blue eyes. Black eye brow pencils are too dark, blond pencils are too "red". My eye brows are too thin after years of over-plucking (child of the 70's!) so it was hard to find something to darken my brows without looking like a made-up old lady! This pencil is perfect! One end is a spiral brush with cover. The other end is the pencil with cover. The slanted "lead" screws up through a slanted opening which is great. Turned flat, It makes fill-in soft and subtle and turned long ways, you can stroke in soft lines if needed. The gray is soft but not too light. Using a little extra pressure you can make it darker if needed. I'm definitely sold and will keep this as my go-to brow pencil!

Love it!
I love this eyebrow pencil! It looks great on my Asian tan skin.I got both #1 dark brown and #2 grey brown. In my opinion, the colors are almost the same. I am a devoted user of the Anastasia eyebrow pencil for the last 6yrs, but I am switching over to étude. It's much cheaper, better packaged since it is twistable, same smoothness in application, and in a great flat shape tip. The colors are very close to the Anastasia pink pencil Medium Ash and Soft Brown color. See the picture below for the side by side comparison. The brush is very soft, but I don't use it.On the picture:Top - étude dark brown#1Bottom - étude grey brown #2Left - Anastasia Medium Ash pink pencilRight - Anastasia Soft Brown black pencil

Thought this was a different product
I must not have looked at the photo of the product carefully, because I thought this was the one with the 4-pronged "brush" that deposits a liquid or gel that can be applied in hair-like strokes. Only when it arrived do I realize that the photo of the tip of this eyebrow pencil is a little confusing (IF you don't look carefully, and I didn't.) That said, reviews on the brush/gels aren't that great, and for the price this pencil gives just a little definition to my fading 62 yr old brows. The pencil doesn't smudge at all and even lasts until I use lotion or cream to take it off. My goal isn't to have brows like a Kardashian, just a little something something. For just over $4 this is a good deal.

Best ever for silver/grey hair
Best eyebrow pencil ever for silver/grey hair. Been searching for years tried most expensive to cheapest and this is exactly right for my hair - which is naturally silver with darker grey at hairline. 10/10

Fabulous for us greyer ladies who still care about our make-up.
SO glad I have found this! If you are going grey and don't want eyebrows to look like brown drawn in lines this is for you! Now I have eyebrows again that look natural. I won't be looking for any other product - hope it doesn't go out of production - It's great !

Felt scratchy on application to skin
Good price and colour was what I wanted but found on applying it across my skin it was sharp and scratched my skin more than leaving colour on eyebrow. Maybe this may be on initial use and it may soften in due time. I'm not sure yet; the pencil point may be dry kind on application, and therefore seems to stay on longer than my others I've used.

Favourite eye brow pencil
I've used a lot of different eyebrow pencils and this is one of my favourites. Very easy to use, good value, and a nice natural colour for my ash blonde eyebrows. You can also build it up easily for extra coverage where needed.
