We use these to print from our EHR. Colors are very crisp. Paper stock is nice. Have already printed over 100 claims using them. Perfect alignment and zero paper-jams. ### ⭐⭐ Poor Prep For Shipping *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on 22 February 2022* The 500 LOOSE sheets in a pile were put in a plastic shipping bag and sent to me. The results...lots of folded edges and crimped pages. Now dealing with submitting these non-flat forms as claims to insurance companies, especially Medicare, becomes a problem with their processing machines. The machines don't function well with folded edges and crimped pages and spit them out causing rejected claims. I paid for 500 useable sheets and can't use a bunch of them. ### ⭐ Not all vendors print these properly. I have spent over an hr trying to adjust this form on 2 different printers. The layout must be off on this print as I cannot get it right.
