GNC Mega Men One Daily - Twin Pack

I've been taking vitamins most of my life and have tried a number of different ones. I just recently switched to this particular product because of the value for the money. This vitamin is potent, and has dramatically improved my wellbeing. I generally do not get enough nutrition through my food consumption so I typically augment my diet with supplements. In less than a week after I switched to this product I began feeling improvements in everything from my energy levels, to my mental focus and sexual performance. I ended up going on a road trip soon after switching and found that even after hours and hours of driving I felt noticeably great and I knew it was because of this product. The downside is these smell and taste absolutely awful. But I found ways to not notice it as much, like downing them with flavored water, milk, or protein shakes. Its not as bad if you take it with something that can conceal the taste. Having taken vitamins most of my life, I would contribute them to the reason I have never had any health issues (knock on wood), and i'm close to 40. I am a firm believer that multi-vitamins are good for folks who are missing nutrients in their diet, and these are among the best value for the money.

I had great experience with them last year but I ran out but I ran out one day and never reordered. They seem to help with my overall health. My body used to like them. As for the smell, well I have to say some people are just too sensitive to smell and taste. This is a form of medication and so its not gonna taste like candy. I have taken pills that are far worse than these. Maybe take it with milk or juice. One thing I can say they are a bit too pricey at the local GNC store. I also think they should increase the content to 90 pills in a bottle even if they have to raise the price up a little. Fortunately Amazon is cheaper and way more convenient to shop. But yes for a guy like me that lacks a well balanced diet these are a God send.

I was disappointed when a nice size box full of packages of different types of pills and not in a bottle but they did the job.

I bought these a long time ago right before I moved to a new house. So, they got tossed in a box and I forgot about them for months. I recently started taking them and I was wowed by how effective they are. The pills are large, but somehow easy to swallow and I have always struggled with swallowing pills. They do smell and taste pretty bad, but I got over that pretty fast. I get plenty of energy from these to the point it's like I'm a teenager again. And the best part is the price - you can't beat it. 1000% recommended to anyone who is looking for a decent multivitamin!

I felt a big difference after just a few days. I work harder, last longer, and think better. You can't beat that with a stick at age 46. It doesn't smell great, but that's ok. I only smelled it the once lol. I make sure I take a sip beforehand, pop the vitamin, and rub it on my tongue for a quick second, then swallow it fast because it is rather large for a vitamin. But the benefits make it worth it. The price was great for 60 doses, so I can't complain. Now I don't have to look anymore, I'll just buy this one from now on. Oh, it also really improved my mood, which suffers this time of year as the sun retreats and the clouds persist. It made me less sad, if you will. Definitely a great product.

These seem to be a decently priced multi. I notice they digest well and don’t turn my pee bright yellow, so I think it’s a good product. However, anywhere you carry these, other than in the bottle, they will make smell like pee. Seriously, I’ve taken supplements, protein powders, drinks, etc; for years, and I’ve never had anything that not only smells this strong, but also makes the area around it smell pervasively like urine. I tend to put my pills in an organizer and keep it in my counter in the bathroom. I kept thinking someone was peeing on the floor. Finally realized it’s the pills. Put the medicine sorter in my car and people started asking me if an animal had been trapped inside. The smell seems to stay in the bottle if you keep them in the bottle, but if you put them in an organizer or a ziplock to take with you, the entire room or area you keep them in will smell like pee. Just making you aware. I discounted the other comments. They were right.

These multivitamins have high quantities of vitamins and minerals as well as a caffeine boost. They’re pretty easy to swallow, haven’t had any issues there. And I prefer these “once daily” vitamins over the 2 per day or vitapak as those give me headaches and the singles do not. As with a lot of supplements it’s hard to notice an immediate benefit, but for the price it’s worth peace of mind knowing my body is getting more vitamins
