High quality product. Add it to regular flour to make bread flour.

did not ferment at all
the yeast did not do its job at all.. the product does not have any dates mentioned on the package .. may be seller gave old yeast as the yeast did not ferment at all.. v dissappinted .. the entire dough was wasted.. pl buy some other yeast this yeast is of low low quality.. waste of money

Works well but slightly costly
Delivery was super quick - got it before expected delivery date. However I feel the shipping charges are a bit steep.I ordered Pmw® dry yeast and vital wheat gluten. Packing of both were very good, sealed thick plastic pouches.For 200gm white wheat flour (maida) + 700gm whole wheat flour (atta), I used 2 teaspoon of dry yeast and 2 tablespoon of gluten.The dough rose in one hour to approx double size. See attached pics, my pans are 9cm H, 10cm W and 22cm L.All in all a good product, let down by the price. My rating is for yeast + gluten.
