I am sooooo impressed by the quality of this item especially for the price... I dont usually write reviews but OMG I just had to with this one cuz I was so highly satisfied with the amount of customization they do and that it's not only the dog tag but a customizable bullet that u can store tiny things in and a chain... if theres any slight downside it's that there aren't many font options and the change is pretty dainty, because I got it for a man I switch the tags to a thicker chain. Shipping was also decent not fast but definitely before estimated arrival. I am so pleasantly surprised that it arrived past my expectations and in beautiful packaging... THANK YOU!!! Add more font options, chain options and put it on Prime and itll be perfect! I'm definitely ordering more!!!

I purchased this for my boyfriend who’s great grandfather passed away they were super close and when he opened this gift i could tell he loved it. The necklace for the price is unbelievable the engraving was perfect and detailed ! Its so CRISP ! Doesn't look dull or faded ! This item came in and when I opened it I was extremely impressed. I chose a picture of my two brothers, my father and I. My brother had passed away and I wanted something I could wear everyday and this item is exactly it. The dog tag and the small bullet were made out of a fair material for the price. I can definitely see it lasting a long time, the tag will definitely last the longest. The print on the back is also high quality along with the picture and I cannot see it fading anytime soon. My only complaint is the quality of the chain. It is a very thin chain, which is actually my preference for a necklace like this because it is not dramatic, it is very subtle. The issue is that the chains material does feel rather cheap, but an upgrade is very easy to do. For the price I would definitely get this item, and I would upgrade the chain to something higher quality, but to be fair I would have purchased ONLY the dog tag with the bullet for the same price, so it was worth every penny. Shipping was faster than expected. I doubt you will get it over night considering it is made personally for you, but you cannot rush a quality item you will keep forever. Overall it took around 2-3 weeks to get and it was much worth the wait. I would get a thin necklace as you await for the tags to arrive so you can assemble it to one full piece when you receive each item. Overall extremely happy! Thank you.

Bought this for my nephew. He was wearing it for about 5 days and the hook on the bullet completely snapped off beyond repair. I have reached out to the company to see if they are going to replace this portion of the product. Will come back with further update once I receive a response. My nephew is devastated that his grandma and aunt fell off 😭Update: I have emailed the company and received a very prompt response. They are going to replace the broken part and apologized for the "inconvenience".Only recommendations:1) get a stronger chain before wearing2) replace the little rings they are connected with as they seem to call off easily.Otherwise very happy with this product and will be purchasing 2 more for my little guys sisters

My grandfather passed this last year and he was a veteran. I ordered this and had his Army portrait on one side and a love note he would have said to her on the back. She will not take it off. This made my grandmother's Christmas, and gave her even a extra sense of healing knowing that he is literally next to her heart.
