Good for trainings. Like you are in mountains but you are not

Different but good!
So I got this to use when on the treadmill running with a weight vest on. Naturally due to the weight vest I would be breathing a lot more due to the excess weight. So the first thing I found is that its not something that you will instantly be able to just run a few miles in, you will need to build endurance to use this continually. The quality and material were very well constructed and once you got the mask strapped correctly it is comfortable to wear. (Just a note on this I would very much stress you get the correct size or this might not be the case) Overall its a good bit of kit that is defiantly worth the investment!

Not as good as the 2.0
Not necessarily a BAD product - but I feel the 2.0 training mask is overall a better product. I got this one expecting it to be more of an improvement from the 2.0 training mask. I use it to increase my proficiency breathing with an SCBA (I am a first responder and wear an SCBA frequently). I felt that the 2.0 training mask better simulated the โfeelingโ of using an SCBA. The 3.0 feels more like breathing through a straw than anything. The 3.0 also fits a bit smaller than the 2.0 and the original.

Perfect training mask
I used this past weekend to hit the trails and I love it !!! I can see why it is recommended for building endurance and pulmonary strength and stamina. Fitment it right on the spot, it came in 3 sizes (depending your weight), and is not that it just fit "right", but wearing it for 2 hours, it does feel natural and not putting pressure points on your face, nose, or chicks, it does evenly distribute the pressure to create the air seal gap. Out of the 6 levels, I am far from reaching level 4, 5 or 6; specially level 6 would kick your rear even you are a seasoned athlete. Folks, on this mask, you get what you pay for, and this mask is $ well spent. Don't even consider cheaper brands.
