Body Groove HIIT DVD Collection

I read the reviews and some were negative. I think it was because Misty Tripoli wasn't the main instructor. Body Groove is known for Misty Tripoli. In this series Heather leads the group. Heather is absolutely adorable!! I loved her!! She is so cute and her dance moves are beautiful!! I loved these DVDs!!! What a great exercise program. It is a unique experience for each individual.

This is the most fun I’ve ever had working out. I get so bored with machine cardio and I looked for dance workouts for self interest and to break the monotony. I do this twice per week along with weights three times per week. It can be challenging but you can freestyle to your level of fitness. Exceeded my expectations!

I love the more intense body groove to use in addition to the lower impact ones. Mist is so much fun and inspirational to me and I laugh while working out. I hate to say the other gal is not the same caliber. She is ok but get gets confused on some of the routines and just is not as much fun or sassy.

Great for beginners and elderly.

I hate exercise, I am not coordinated and never stuck with a workout because I couldn't follow along or keep up. THIS IS DIFFERENT! THIS IS A GAME CHANGER! I am 43, and have no problem keeping up with these routines. I liked them so much I bought 2 more of Body Groove's DVD's. I have had this one for a month now and I do it every day. My daughter enjoys jumping in and dancing too! I actually look forward to getting up and exercising before I start my day! I HIGHLY recommend this DVD set and all of the others too!

This video was ok but I thought strange. U just do your own thing and I usually use the DVD’s to motivate and make me push. A bit weird for my taste

Love love love, this video. Love to dance anyway and they make it so much fun. Loved it so much, I bought another one and gave it to my mother in law. We are going on a trip next year and want to be in shape.

I love these DVD's. Lots of fun. Great dance steps that you can do at your own fitness level. Great instructors.

Haven't tried it yet, but can hardly wait. Looks like fun!

J'adore ce vidéo il est très bon pour faire de l'exercice en dansant et en s'amusant mais ce que je regrette c'est qu'il est seulement en anglais et comme je ne comprends pas l'anglais alors je ne comprends pas toujours ce que le professeur dit.....
