Handy when injured wrist

My hands seem to enjoy the cold therapy. Definitely work if used.

Bought this to help with severe pain in my fingers and thumb. I need to keep heat on them to ease the pain. I followed all the instructions and heated this up in the microwave . It fits on your hand great and the gel distributed easily within the glove. The glove then straps on at the wrist to hold it securely. All great so far!Sadly the glove cooled down within 5/10 minutes. I wanted this glove in the hope that it would hold the heat a bit longer than that! Having to go and heat the glove every 5/10 minutes is of no use to me.Not effective if you need it for heat but it will be much better for someone that needs it for a cold compress.The quality of this glove is amazing though, really well made and it looks like it will last a long time

I have eczema on my hands and in hot wearher they flare up and get extremely hot and unbearably itchy. These cold gloves sorted that. No longer will i have frozen peas im the bed. And the small extra pouch that came with it was even better if you dont want anything too big :)

Too bulky for me and doesn't reach all areas of the hand

This froze to a rock hard consistency, unlike any other freezable gels I have used. This made it very uncomfortable for a painful hand so I was unable to use it. also, as the gel warmed up it dripped water as if the frozen part was ice.
