Is there an English translation of the cooking directions?

Hi, There's no English translation. We suggest "You Tube" for cooking direction as an option. We also suggest that you dry roast "no oil" the package contents in medium heat on a skillet for about 2-3 minutes then put it in the cloth bag. This will give it a roasted flavor. Second, submerge the bag in your beef broth and cook at medium heat for about an 1 1/2 hr then remove it from your broth. If you leave it in the broth too long, it could be overwhelming and leave a slight bitterness taste to the broth. Hope this helps.

How much Pho does each pack make?

I would say 12 quarts. I make pho in my 6qt. instant use half a pack each time.

what else do you add to make the pho

I add a little bit of the 3 Crab Brand of fish sauce. About a table spoon or so, when I'm pressure cooking it. It can be sprinkled on later too and mixed around.
