Why did you choose this product over others?:Early days still.I bought this to try after suffering from Post-Herpetic Neuralgia following shingles five years ago.It’s left my scalp on that side of my head very itchy. I’m on strong painkillers but they don’t stop the itching.Been using this product for a few weeks now and the itching is improving. It does smell (like mothballs) but it doesn’t linger once you’ve rinsed your hair. But in any case, the smell is worth putting up with if it’s helping. It’s expensive but worth every penny, I’ve got short hair so only need a teardrop amount.

Very strong smelling shampoo even after drying your hair. Some people have commented on the smell, so it wont be for everyone with delicate noses. Hair/scalp seem fine after use

The shampoo works really well and helps to soothe painful scalp conditions. The shampoo does have a strong odour about it, I’ve used this product and bought numerous times for years now so used to it. The shampoo goes into a lather quickly and easily washes out.The pricing is very good and comparable to that of a chemist.Definitely recommend to others with similar scalp conditions, just do the research before you buy and make sure that it’s suitable.

This shampoo does work, yes there is a smell attached to the shampoo, but the smell is not offensive, in fact it is a clean healthy smell. The dandruff is not so bad now since i have been using the shampoo, instead of white on my clothes, it is hardly noticeable, and this is my third bottle. I do recommend the shampoo.

Does smell like petrol but does the job scalp really fresh and cleansed after

I've been having issues with a very itchy scalp (no dandruff) for a while. Don't know why at all but it drove me crazy! I'm on a waiting list to get an allergy test done but in the meantime this was ruining my day, every day!After reading reviews and checking the NHS website, I decided to give this shampoo a go. And I'm very happy I did. I've used it 7 times now and I no longer have an itchy scalp, at all!First two times I used it I did scratch a few times a day but nothing like before!Now it does smell, but I must say I don't mind it 😅 from the bottle it smells like pool/ biljard balls and when you put it on your hair it smells like outdoor varnish so it might not be for everyone but it cured my itchiness so I'm sticking with it! It lathers very well and I don't need a lot at all.Value for money? For me personally: absolutely!Can't recommend it highly enough 😄👍🏼
