Bought this popcorn maker because I worked at a HD dealership and we had a professional popcorn maker. I was addicted to it. So I found this popper and decided to give it a try. I bought pre-made 6 oz bags from Great Northern Popcorn which contains the popcorn, salt and oil already measured out. I do add a small amount more of the salt and oil. This popper, when I add the ingredients makes the same delicious popcorn that I had grown addicted to. Easy to use! Add the contents, place the lid on the pot and start cranking the knob at the end of the handle.. In a few minutes, you have a pot of the best popcorn! Nearly every kernel pops and it tastes so good. My family loves it! My dogs love it! Cleanup is easy too. Ready for the next pot to be made! Thank you on a great product.

This is great, it’s my third one. Thought I would try the red. And it makes one pack of popcorn with the oil and seasoning Perfectly.

I love to pop my own popcorn, this is just like the one my dad taught me to use when I was a teenager. My whole family loved popcorn night.

I really like movie theater popcorn. So much so that I would drive 15 minutes every Saturday night to the closest AMC movie theater just to get popcorn for movie night with my husband (we have two young kids so we don’t get out much). When the shutdown started I had to find an alternative. I considered buying a large expensive popper but didn’t want to spend that kind of money not knowing what to expect. This came up with good reviews and I have a friend who has talked about her love for stove top popcorn. I watched a few videos on YouTube before actually using it although I’m not sure that was necessary. It is pretty easy to use. It’s a bit hard to get in the grooves of the cover when washing and the mechanism that turns the popcorn seems a bit flimsy but I’ve been using it every Saturday night for several weeks and really like the experience. I recommend this product.

We just received ours and first impression is that it is extremely light and cheaply made. Only 1 side of the lid has a clip so the other side just sits half open and let's all the heat and steam out. The blades on the bottom of the pot, or just wire sticks really, are easily clogged and get stuck. I'm incredibly disappointed especially with the price they're charging. Icing on top is there is no return policy. So make sure you know someone who has the exact one you're buying and you like it before you buy this. Otherwise you'll end up like me, $40 poorer and stuck with a crappy pot that can't do the one thing it's supposed to do. Make delicious popcorn. UPDATE: I decided to give this one another shot before I use it as a miniature dumpster fire to keep the neighborhood cats warm at night. I thought "It can't be nearly as bad as I remember" and I was totally right; it's actually worse. I feel like this popcorn popper should owe me a few stars to make up if for its complete lack of popcorn popping ability. Because of the insanely cheap and mediocre design, the stirrer doesn't even shift the popcorn at the bottom of the pot. Those poor kernels just hung out down there like the burnt cheese at the bottom of your oven, filling your home with the crowd favorite aroma of burnt popcorn. Even if the stirrer design managed to hit the insanely low standards to function, which are lower than the stirrer actually has to be to work, the popcorn would still burn due to the faulty rotary tool. This thing jams more often than a messy PB&J. I tried going slowly and it gets stuck, I tried going fast and it gets stuck. Too much popcorn? No way bro, this thing gets jammed on air. So kudos to this company for failing so hard at creating a popcorn popper. But hey, at least the neighborhood cats will be warm now.

Really easy to use and clean between uses. Heats up fast and rarely gets stuck when turning. However... the squeaking... I've tried changing the angle, speed, direction, grip.... nothing stops the shrill squeaking when turning the handle. If it doesn't bother you then no worries, but if it does... get some earplugs and make the best bowl of popcorn you've ever had.

La olla fábrica un pop corn perfecto. El truco está en no dejar de girar la perilla mi un momento. El aluminio delgado se encarga del resto. Recuerda usar fuego medio-medio alto (dependiendo de la estufa), y cuando se empiece a hacer difícil girar la perilla, es tiempo de retirar la olla del fuego y sacar las palomitas. Se recomienda comprar la que trae engranaje metálico, ya que es más robusto que el de Nylon.
