The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Series [Blu-ray]

Great quality with blue ray player. Love the Big Bang Theory and being able to watch whenever on our blue ray player. Great sitcom. I love owning all the seasons!

This isn't a review of the show - you either like it already or you don't. I enjoyed the first five or six seasons when it was live on TV, but it wore out for me after that, so I never saw the last few seasons, and thought I'd give it a try now. And watching the first season again I forgot just how hilarious it was.But what impressed me is the Blu-ray set. I've got other DVD and Blu-ray sets of series, but I think this one was done the best. Some don't even allow a "play all" option, and you have to go to the menu and work to play on every single episode. Others have that, but it's for the disc.This one does "Play all" but it isn't just the disc - it will go through them all and you won't have to hit play again until you kill it to start again another day. When one disc finishes, it says to insert the next, and it automatically continues playing. I absolutely love that feature.The transfer is great - excellent video quality, and the sound is great as well. I see there are extra features but I generally don't bother with any of those until after I've finished a series so I can't attest to the quality of them.But the play all feature puts this head and shoulders above any other complete series set I've ever had. And the box itself is also outstanding. Not some really cheap thing like so many are. This one didn't have a single loose disc anywhere. The cases are solid and well built, the disc's flipping holders are in there tightly and aren't coming loose at all. There's even a booklet with the details for the episodes of each season.If you like the show, and want it on disc, this is the ONLY version to even consider. And right now it's less than the DVD set as well, so it's a steal.

It’s a great set! I wasn’t sure about getting it because there wasn’t an explanation whether it was closed captioned. It is! I think it’s well organized in the box too!

Great for Big Bang Theory fans. The volume of the starting theme was a bit louder than the rest of the show's volume but it could be a setting on my TV. Totally unimportant.

The case it comes in is good also the ones inside that hold the CDs.

Bought two months ago and I’m just now getting around to watching it. Idk if my box set was previously owned…. But a few of the dvds are smudged and slightly scratched, and skip a bit. Kind of bummed and as I waited a bit to start watching them, it’s too late to return.
