Makes excellent bread
Good, clean wheat berries that made excellent flour for bread. They lent a very gently sweet taste to the finished product. The packaging was a sack inside a box. I will definitely buy these again when I run out.

Excellent hard wheat for breadmaking. Prompt delivery and carefully packaged.

Hard red wheat berrys
They were packed well. I hand milled the berry's for fresh homemade bread and store the rest in a grain bin. The grain is delicious and made the most amazing sourdough bread. Will order again. Loved that it was organic and very clean .

Great quality! Wonderful source of fiber and protein. We use it as a variety replacement for Farro.

Clean, no bugs or trash
I am ordering this product for the second time. Was quite pleased with its cleanness and freshness. Has a good flavor and performs well in the bread I bake, which is usually about 40-60% whole wheat with 10% rye and remaining KA bread flour. I use a NutriMill for grinding.
