Idiotic design/setup
I bought the version of this printer with the wifi and can not actually believe how stupid and backwards it is. it will not and is unable to connect to a wifi network if there are any special characters in the password such as ! ? ' $ [ \ +, and so on. so they basically expect you to have a remedial password just so this garbage product can connect to it? seriously? I have never seen a wifi device that cannot accept special characters in its password. in fact most secure passwords require it. A little $20 wifi to ethernet device from amazon can connect but a $500 thermal printer cant. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE.

Compact, easy to use.
We bought this for our retail store to work with our 2nd iPad. Had one previously, they are easy to set up, easy to use, just remember when your system won't do anything, the printer is probably out of paper. It takes big rolls of thermal paper for long use before you have to refill. It is pricey, but well worth the money. It is compact, fits nicely in tight spaces.

No paper in box as stated on box
Box says that it comes printer a roll of printer paper. I ordered two of these and neither one had a roll of paper in it.

Using in Cafe for order tickets
This printer is good quality and we haven't really had any issues with it. Have been using for about a year now. We print about 200 tickets a day.
