best choice for air muffler
Better choice for the muffler on my vacuum tank for resin projects, definitely better than the plastic one that it came with.

Works really well
Most of the bad reviews here failed to realize that you have to stuff them with cotton or fabric or something to muffle the sound of a pressure release. I made the mistake of using TOO much at first, so the release of air was slow, but VERY quiet. Honestly these are great.

These were actually the wrong size, but would have worked otherwise, sent back & got the correct size and they worked perfectly.

PERFECT!
Used these to make an Argon purge diffuser for when I’m welding Stainless Steel pipe. Does a much better job equally filling the pipe with the shielding gas, noticeably difference in weld quality when running hotter now.

They reduce noise
