I received this solar charge controller, well packed, well ahead estimated delivery time, just 5 days since placing the order!!! Installation and programming was a breeze and it is running now my second 48 V solar panel array without any issues. I compare this unit with my Victron Smart Charge Controller 150/100 and the performance is almost identical. This unit is compact, well-built and aesthetically attractive. I especially like its capability to work with 12/24/36/48 battery packs and handling of up to 170 VDC solar input. Voltages don't hold when set - even on preset battery type.I purchased 6 of these last August and returned them. Problem was iratic interface - set voltages would not hold. i thought I would try one unit again last month and had the same problem. So I boxed it and am going to bench test the unit since it looks like I am outside return window. No wonder they pulled the unit from the market place

I BOUGHT THIS 60 AMP CHARGE CONTROLLER IN 2023 AND THE SCREEN WENT BLACK.ITS A PIECE OF JUNK.I EMAILED THE COMPANY TO BUY A NEW SCREEN,BUT KNOW REPLY.THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME.IF YOUR SMART YOU'LL BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND LIKE OAE.

Unit is hooked up to 6 x 320 watt panels, 2 each in parallel due to having a 48 volt system. Cooling fan worked for just a couple days now won’t come on and unit shuts down during peak sun hours to cool off. Tried to return it and can tech support, either was hung up on or they said I had the wrong number. The reliable power.com website doesn’t come up.

I own six of these charge controllers now. If it works, it seems to work fine. 2 units in operation 2 years. 1 unit was bad right out of the box but the 30 days ran out while I was out of town on business. Only one unit displays time and date, the first one purchased. All units still working behave differently. The most recent unit has been in operation for an hour. Multiple attempts to contact manufacturer/seller for support have gone unanswered. Reported to amazon which resulted in my previous reviews vanishing. This is my experience so I can neither recommend nor advise against this product at this time.
