I just received and set up my monitor stand. It allows for a wide variety of installation configurations - which is good because I completely misjudged how high I wanted to raise the monitor. If you use it full blast (both shelves, drawer and all the optional legs) your monitor will be raised at least a good six inches - which is higher than you think so measure carefully.Two things attracted me to this model: #1 in the reviews some of the other models were noted for sagging in the middle but not this one (it doesn't appear that it will sag but it is too early to be sure, of course); and #2 - that little built in drawer. I am desperate for more drawer space so that one feature sold me. However, to use the drawer even without the second shelf already raised my monitor too high to be comfortable. So what I ended up doing is using the smallest section (one shelf plus the short legs) for my monitor. That raised my monitor about an inch to an inch and a half - perfect for my tri-focaled eyes! And I used the second section with the drawer and higher legs to put next to my monitor to hold the modem, DVD player, etc. A great solution for me and it looks neat. It is very easy to assemble and also very easy to try various configurations until you get what you want. I would completely recommend it unless all you are looking for is one little piece to raise your monitor about an inch. In that case you might want a simpler model. But if you want options to see what best fits your visual field and how you hold your head, you will get a lot of variety with this product.It is very nice looking too - black plastic that matches my monitor and CPU.

Let's be realistic here, this is a stand for a computer monitor. I gave this product five stars because it lived up to it's billing. The stand is reasonably priced, easy to install, and it provides a shelf and a drawer. I am a guy and I will admit that I don't usually use the instructions to put things together. This has far more to do with me being stubborn than because I am against instructions. That being said, I used my best source for evaluating just how easy this product was to put together; I asked my wife to put it together as a test! My wife is a great critical care nurse, she is not an engineer. In this case however, the nurse only needed 2 minutes to put this together (even with me withholding the instructions!) Not only did she put it together quickly, she was also able to put it together in two ways. The first is as show in the picture with the drawer on the bottom and the other was to reverse the order so that the drawer was in the top position. Best yet: no tools, no adhesives. Easy, easy and easy.As you have seen on Amazon, there are many monitor stands to choose from. I thought the price of this item was great especially comparing many models that were not large, did not have a shelf and or did not have a drawer.The last point is function. The stand is supposed to elevate your computer monitor and provide storage for a clean work environment around your computer. This product easily did those functions. The ease of installation and the price were added bonus's.

Most monitor stands are too small to be useful. This one is a nice 7" tall when fully extended. 17" wide, 13" deep, which is good. Not aware of anything else for sale that measures up, so this is a winner and gets 4 stars just for being a decent size.It looks a bit like a toy, rather than office furniture. The plastic looks cheap, though seems sturdy enough.As other reviewers have mentioned, the drawer does not open easily. Also the drawer doesn't open all the way - there is 3.5" of space at the back where you have to feel around with your hand to get stuff at the back of the drawer. It's nice that the drawer can be installed on the top or the bottom half.Also the top has on all four sides a really pointless and annoying slope. It's difficult to see in the picture that it's a slope, but you can see the curve that goes from one edge to the other on all 4 sides. Well that slope prevents you from putting pencils (or anything that rolls) on any of the sides of the stand. Very stupid design.

As a 6 2 person, I ave a laptop and did not like the portable stands (you know, the holders where your computer is propped up to open at an obtuse angle. Easy to assemble. I got the extra legs given I use it for a laptop--highly configurable. You'll need to descide where the upper or lower shelf will have the drawer (I suspect upper, since putting it as lower means you can't put anything in the way on the desk). This is a good option if you don't want to get a sit-stand converter for your regular table.

Perfect.....I wanted to raise my monitor a little higher and also get some usable space below it (for connectors, flash drives etc.). This monitor stand is the perfect solution. The pull out drawer has two dividers that can be used if you wish. I did use them. I am using the pull out drawer for my flash drives, USB connectors, and other computer related wires. Now I know where they are when I need them. Above the pull out drawer at the 2nd tier area is space where I put my 10" tablet. This area is large enough for a larger tablet or notebook up to 13.5 inches x 2 inches tall or anything else you can fit in there. Many different ways to construct this stand. The stand is well built and sturdy. I have a 24" monitor on it which weights about 25 pounds and its holding it perfectly. Can also be used as a printer stand if you want. I am very glad I bought this stand.

Our printer was sitting on top of my husband's PC, and it drove me crazy because the drawer to load the paper was always getting caught even with the addition of little rubber feet to give it a boost. This fits perfectly on top of his Cooler Master HAF XB EVO. I love that it has a drawer to hold his stuff and extra ink cartridges, and a little shelf to store some extra paper. Love it.

I was looking for something to rise my computer screen and give me a draw and shelving to clear clutter on my desk. Does a great job.Would definately recommend th Kantek MS480 two level stand.

Easy to ensemble and good quality, specially at that price. Not very good looking but very practical and functional !

Purchased this for my office at work and it works great. The little drawer is handy for storing and I like the height adjustments.
