the thing itself is very sturdy but does not have long back support which makes it a little unstable when operating phone that is kept on stand.

Gets the Job done, but not sturdy
Stand is good, however it does not have much weight to it. Feels very light. It easily tumble's if a we keep a bigger phone or tablet if it has some heft to it. Otherwise the stand looks good and construction is also neat. Only gripe is that the color of the stand has a greenish tint to it. It's not completely silver. That is something also you should keep in mind while purchasing. Overall good purchase but not recommended if you want to keep something heavy.
