Great value !
These have helped me immensely when working on my feet for long hours. Theyโre supposed to hold your weight and not bend when you try to bend them!! Would repurchase !!! Recommend 10x. Great price. I like wearing them with my work clogs

The best cure for my foot pain
As a flat footed sufferer of plantar fasciitis, these are the best insoles I've found. When I buy new shoes, I go less than a week before I replace the insoles with a new pair of these. They conform to your feet & give support. You can follow the directions to warm them up to shape them to your feet, but I personally prefer to put them in out of the package & wear them for 8 hours straight to shape them. My feet will hurt the first day, but I think they conform better after that. Not cheap, but worth the investment.

Solo best I shoe inserts ever!
I absolutely love these inserts I am 76 years old and play a lot of tennis. Tennis shoes offer very little cushioning. I throw away the inserts that come with the shoes and put in the Meta Solos. They have great cushioning in the heel and the ball(meta section) of the foot as well as a good arch support. By far the best insert I have ever used. Highly recommend Solo, especially the Meta! My grandson, 16, uses it in his soccer shoes.

4 stars because they are thick
these are the hard stiff orthotic high arch supports not the impact soles or super soft for casual wear. these are darn near medical grade stiff i used to wear redwing or Aetrex insoles and wanted to give these a shot. they remind me of the moldeable ones you get from there so that's good. the met pad is in the correct spot that's a plus you can heat these up to break em in or mold to your feet or wear them heavily for a weeek maybe 2. im a 10.5-11 in jordan's adidas and nike but for skate shoes these days im 11-11.5 and bought an 11 size insole. no cutting required on 95% of the shoes the ones that were a bit short i just won't wear these with them. my only issue is with low tops, i have to tie my shoes tighter so my heel won't slip, these are thick and raise you out the shoe a bit, great for lower-mid tips, mid tops and high tops.

Great product
These work well. I have used a few types, and this is good quality and well thought.

Underwhelming Met Pad
I had high hopes for these insoles since I was looking for an arch support with a metatarsal pad and these seemed to be well reviewed. Maybe it's just me, but the met pad didn't provide any relief, I could barely feel it. I ended up adding an adhesive pad on top of the existing pad to get actual neuroma relief. Since the adhesive pads wear out quickly and lose their stick, I'm opting for a custom pair of orthotics with a built in met pad. Custom orthotics are absurdly expensive, but I have yet to find any thing off-the-shelf that works for me. Met pad aside, I would say the quality of the insole does seem decent and the arch support seems like it would hold its shape.

Worth the money
I've bought these a few times for different shoes. They give excellent support and last a long time. They really help with my foot pain.

It hurts and went to waste
The insole seems high quality but the metatarsalgia bump is painful and not accurate to the foot. Waste of money, the insole is in the trash. Maybe you should try the regular one without the metatarsalgia

Highly Recommend
These were the best purchase of 2025. I was diagnosed before I purchased them, so I knew exactly what I needed. They fit perfectly in my sneakers (I had to take out the existing insole, it works much better this way), and they were comfortable. You can put them over an existing insole but I found the sneaker was too tight. I used them in sneakers onlyโฆ.I did not use them in a heal. I think they would work just as well in a wider flat shoe. Within a week or two, my symptoms improved. I bought them in October and they are still as sturdy as the day I bought them. I will buy them again!

Foot and leg pain reducer!
Iโve been using these inserts for a long time and am extremely happy with them! I fist started wearing them when ai was having horrible foot pain in my work boots. I continue to wear these insoles as a massage therapist and manual osteopath and recommend them to my clients with foot, and leg pain! If you are looking for a good insole for any type of full shoe to reduce symptoms of plantar fasciitis, shin splints and runners knee these do the trick!

The answers you want
To say these saved my legs would be an understatement. They have made a huge difference for me. I bought them for overpronation issues I have when I run, and they have really helped. No more shin splints, knee pain, or ankle pain. What you need to know now: 1. Make sure you have enough room height wise inside your shoes. I put these in Saucony endorphin series shoes and they were too tall (I actually exchanged these for the low profile version). My heel sat too high and kept slipping. If you are putting them in running shoes, maybe consider this before going ahead. 2. Make sure to trim it right away. I put my old insoles on top and used that as a guide. I did not do this right away and it affected the fit of the insole in my shoe. So do it. 3. These really work, but if you love that sink into the cushion feeling of some shoes then this will be different. Theyโre solid to hold your foot, so you lose the squishy feeling we all love. You still get the bounce and cushion, just not that soft on the foot feeling. All around great. 4 stars was only because of the height in my own shoes, no real problems. But it got your attention right?

Bye Bye Metatarsalgia
I have been struggling with metatarsalgia for a while now. I've tried many different insoles, even others that were marketed for metatarsalgia but these are the first ones to help eliminate the pain. They have the "button" in the right spot to properly support my foot bones. Great product. worth the price. Fits in any shoe

Amazing insoles!
These are amazing! My plantar fasciitis got stirred up last week from standing and walking on concrete floors in worn-out shoes (so stupid--what was I thinking?) and every step had become excruciatingly painful. I switched out my insoles the minute these appeared on my porch and my feet INSTANTLY felt better. Walking has been much more comfortable with these in my shoes over the last five hours, and I am looking forward to a quick recovery! Thank you!
