This set arrived promptly and the items were as described. I was pleased to find not a single paint leaked, and my brushes weren't frayed. All of the brushes were made in Germany and felt of good quality (nice and heavy with sturdy bristles). The knives were made in China, but that's no different from the knife I already have in my master paint set which works fine. I really can't wait to put them to the test!Edit: After using the brushes, I am definitely happy with them. They work just as nicely as the American made brushes that came with my master paint set. Would recommend!

After 20 years of painting with other brand brushes and paints, I finally bought this set. Have only painted one pic so far, but noticed an immediate difference. The paints are a great thickness. Have used many thin paints because they were cheaper over the years but will not be going back to the cheaper paints. This is almost the perfect set, still need at least liquid white for the base coat. I highly suggest treating yourself to this little prize if you really enjoy painting landscapes. The brushes do come with warnings about using them with waterDo not do this. Water can damage natural bristle brushes and cause the oil paints to not rinse correctly from the brush. Use odorless paint thinner only to clean these brushes. Take care of them and they should last a long time.

Who couldn’t love the vest brushes. Bob Ross brought an escape from reality for 30 minutes into our homes. I own some of his brushes from the house past. Great quality brush set.

This set is GORGEOUS. Sturdy, heavy duty, beautifully made. I’m so glad I spent the extra money to get the Bob Ross brand. Tears of joy!

Set came really fast, very nicely packaged, and the brush organizer is fantastic.

One brush was used. It was dried solid with liquid clear. Completely unusable.

The Kowalski’s stole Bob Ross’ name and are profiting off of this. That’s not what Bob wanted. Watch the documentary on Netflix before spending your money.
