replacing roof flashing this is a great upgrade. Prepping the surface is a must, clean & remove all old caulk

Well made and a necessity for overhead power entry sealing.
Nice, well made boot. A bit pricey, but since it's a "zip up" I didn't have to kill the power going into my house to seal the riser pipe through the roof. The "zipper" can be a bit of a handful while working on a sloping roof, but I'm pleased.
