Feels AMAZING! The fabric is ridiculously soft and plus and the warmth is wonderous after a long nightshift. I don't know how I lived without this. I honestly fell asleep in it for about an hour. Very gentle warmth and adjustable band for perfect fit.

I did not receive my eye mask hygienically sealed, which posed a potential health hazard, and I was forced to return it. I cannot comment on anything else (comfort, ease of use, etc.) because I did not use the mask.

It's is a great deal if you have sinus headaches. Plugs in to USB ports and warms your eye area sinus and relieves pain from your eye.

it works, it's easy to use, it has a comfortable enough temperature on the "high" setting. but there's a buzzing sound on anything other than the highest setting. it's not so loud at a distance, but as it's pretty much on your head and closer to the ear it's noticeably annoying. decent product otherwise.

It doesn’t heat up like I want to. There’s barely any heat

The heating area are kind of small. It doesn’t get hot enough. I have to press down to get closer contact. Some how right eye’s is not as hot as left side.

I purchased this mask for my daughter who is really into "spa days"! This item is amazing! It is comfortable to wear and does not get to hot. Bonus is that you can actually wrap it around your forehead to use if you have a migraine. The fabric is almost felt like feeling but soft and not scratchy. When you have it on correctly, there is no light seen around the mask, it is very large and has a good coverage. If you need an eye mask with no heat, you can just simply unplug it and use it as one. This eye mask also comes with a set of ear plugs and a nose plug (I guess to help with snoring if you are traveling) that have a hard plastic storage box. The only thing I did not like is that it has a USB cord so you do need a USB block to plug it into an electrical source.Overall, this is a great product and I highly recommend it!

This mask is wonderful. I get headaches behind my eyes and heat helps, but all the previous masks did not fit well enough to warm the area that needed it. This mask is thinner, and it seems to completely conform to my face, which was a surprise since it looks kinda stiff out of the box. The heat is just right. It is powered via a usb plug and is easily carried in a normal size purse, if needed. This was a great buy, I just wish I had tried it first before dumping all that money into the other masks I tried.
