Knee Brace Compression Sleeve with Strap for Best Support & Pain Relief for Meniscus Tear, Arthritis, Running, Basketball, MCL, Crossfit, Jogging and Post Surgery Recovery for Men & Women

I was looking for some knee support because I'm still recovering from meniscus tear I had. I was doing little research to find something that would help reduce pain while I'm running and jogging. I was little suspicious at first as there were no reviews but I guess somebody have to be first and I really liked the idea of this sleeve and let me tell you, it was good decision!I mostly use knee sleeve without strap for light jogging for my right knee after my meniscus issue and I have to say my knee just really feels better afterwards, I cannot really describe feeling in my knee but it is something like relaxed or safe as opposite to what it was before which I would describe like fragile and tense.After my first longer run with sleeve I really felt significantly less pain than before. So for this for me 5/5*!For comfort I really like that area around your knee is more tight it makes really my knee feel more secure while running. It is also comfortable to wear during my work where I have to stand few hours.I used strap few times and it can really be adjusted to the point that it feel like you wear regular knee brace so I use it at the times when I tend to have most pain or do some exercises that are intense for my knee but I wouldn't wear that for prolonged period of time as it can feel really tight. I like you can adjust it as you want too.I would prefer to see also other colors, I think it is good to have some variety.Otherwise I can recommend in terms of comfort and functionality.

Fits on the bottom not on the top good luck with this then it rolls all over! so hard to work with.UPDATE!!! The customer service on this product is AMAZING!!! When they saw I had trouble with my sleeve they reached out to me to offer solutions or to move to a larger size. That was really nice as I am not big on returning products that do work just might be wrong for me. This was a nice surprise and I really appreciated that!

I am absolutely amazed at the difference the sleeves have made in my comfort and mobility. I have severe arthritis, multiple tears in both meniscus, synovitis, and frequent bleeding in the knee joints and surrounding tissues. Constant pain and swelling in both knees has kept me in a wheelchair for the last 6 years since I am not a candidate for surgery. Recently a brace fabricator tried to make custom braces but each product has been unsatisfactory. I was not hopeful that there would be any product that would help me. But I was wrong! When I first put the Athledic sleeves on, the compression was comforting and provided a sense of security. The ability to adjust the placement and tension of both straps provided superior support and customization. It took a few hours but the pain level was decreased in each knee by at least half of what it had been. After a couple of days of wearing the sleeves I couldn't believe how much the swelling had decreased. I have been able to stand and actually walk short distances. The sleeves prevented the hyperextension in one knee that has been a persistent problem. I now have hope and a reason to believe that the compression, support, and adjustibility of the sleeves will produce even greater results in my comfort and mobility. Every similar product in the past has slipped out of place, lost elasticiy, and failed to produce results. Just the opposite with the Athledic sleeves so far. I have no words to describe the difference the sleeves have made in my comfort and quality of life each day, and expect even greater results with time.

My father has pretty bad arthritis, and we try literally everything to help relieve his pain. Nothing really ever works. I decided to buy this brace to see if it would help him any. It actually did help him a bit, especially when walking, and going up and down the stairs. That alone makes me give this five stars, since it's rare for anything to help his joints.When I got it I decided to try it on before my dad to make sure it wasn't uncomfortable, itchy, or anything that might cause issues. It comes with a little paper showing how to put the straps on, and it was super easy to follow for both me and my father. It is very comfortable, and the fabric the brace is made of feels so good against your skin. I purchased a small, and it fit perfectly on me and was a little bit tight on my dad (which is what we wanted). I'm 5'4, 115lbs, and my dad is 6'3 and has pretty skinny legs, only a bit bigger than mine. It stretched easily, and my dad had no difficulties getting it on. The fabric is breathable, and my dad had no problems with sweating while having this on for hours each day. The only issue I have is that you have to fold the first part of the Velcro strap to get it under the loop, so you don't accidentally ruin the fabric by getting the Velcro stuck. This in my opinion isn't a big deal.My dad has been using this for hours each day, and while it doesn't 100% get rid of his knee pain, it relieves a lot of it. He is able to walk down the stairs a lot easier, and he hasn't been complaining as much about walking. I'd love to later purchase one of these for when I work out, hopefully by then I could get it in different colors, which would be awesome. For anyone else that's looking to purchase this, just a heads up that you will need to hand wash this. Which is super easy, just warm water, a bit of non-staining soap, and then let it air dry. Try not to get any water on the Velcro. After I did this, the brace looked brand new.Overall, I couldn't be happier with this brace. It looks good, it's breathable, it fits easily, isn't complicated, and helps relieve my fathers knee pain. I would recommend this to anyone, especially anyone with arthritis.

I'm sure it will depend on the severity of your injury and/or the type of joint damage you have.. but if, like me, you suffer from post-Lyme arthritis, this may be the brace for you.Right now I'm wearing them both almost everyday.. and it really makes me feel *so* much better!This is not a curative, merely for treating symptoms. But wow, for the price.. you won't beat the support.
