i love this thing. very compareable to the jsculp and not a bad price.im 5'4 160 lbs size 10/12 pants (size large)this fits my full torso. no under belly poking out below. this sucks me in, definitely helps when ur doing cardio and trying to keep ur core tight n strong. it helps u focus that.

It’s okayI think I need a smaller sizeI got a medium but I should’ve gotten a small because I like mine to be a bit more snug. I’m 5’5” and 160 pounds I’m kind of slim built I guess. I don’t think it’s a bad buy just didn’t order the correct size. It helps my tummy sweat when working out and it doesn’t rise up.

I like how the waist trainer snugged my body, I ordered a medium however when I received it, it was a large I was very alarm and was in the process of sending it back. I decided let me try it on I was curious to know how it felt and "WOW" amazing fit, I'm five foot three inches and weigh 155 pounds I was astonished, the waist trainer zipper is great because there's enough material there that will prevent you from hurting yourself the flaps are also nice and snug. So yes I kept it. I've had this for just about a month I really wanted to get a good feel of it and make sure it does what I expected it to do. I walk just about every day and my stomach get's a good sweat, I also wear it when working at my desk and I've noticed it helps flatten my tummy, I'm now at 142 pounds hoping to reach my goal by next month and believe with this beautiful waist trainer I will. I ordered one for my neighbor she was excited to see the results and she can't wait to receive it.

Today is my first day with the product need to wear for at least to week to give a full review. But so far it’s comfortable it’s steady and i can feel it sucking me in. I plan to wear for 5 days a week for at least 6-9 hours so i hope it can stand up to that wear. So far feels like it could be a winner.

the zipper broke first use

I wanted a waist trainer that was effective but didnt make me feel like I couldn’t breathe, so I decided to give this one a try! I just got it and tried it on & OMG it gets the job done AND I can breathe in it too! The double straps give an enhanced help to show the curves. Love it !

Zipper broke today just 5 days after I couldn't return it.

I really love it it’s to small but I’m keeping it so when my weight go down about 5 pounds it will be just right, for anyone who wants to know I’m at 209 pounds and the weight belt I got is a XL I should have gotten a 2X because it needs to be where you can pull it tight, it has a zipper and to belts to pull tight, and it is very tight I’ve been trying to pull it so I can zip it.
