Great and powerful. But BE CAREFUL, NEVER consume more than one capsule of this. It is already a high dose. So I suggest starting with half a capsule or even less. There should be a big warning there. If you take more than one, you may get a terrible headache. Vitamin A is very dangerous at higher doses. Never EXCEED the recommended dose for Vitamin A, specifically. Vitamin A is the main reason this warning is written, so it applies especially to it. It may sound odd, but I wish the dosage was lower. A bit high. Next time I will use half of the capsule. Despite the headaches from taking too many for a few days, I felt the benefits. Excess vitamin A can cause excessive calcium buildup in your body, liver, and kidney. It can also harm the brain by increasing the pressure inside the brain which is dangerous and can cause "seizures, headache, and blurred vision (due to elevated intracranial pressure)".
