CAP Barbell Power Racks and Attachments

Super easy to install if you bought the accompanying power rack. Easily adjustable, and it's big enough where you have a lot of free space to bail on; it honestly saved me a few times. It's also super sturdy, I put 315 on it for RDLs and it held it pretty well. It does sometime get misaligned when you throw the weight on it. It doesn't scratch with since it has a protective layer on it.

These spotter arms are a great addition to my once-basic CAP Power Rack and have made it 10x more functional. I love that I can now seamlessly transition from a bench press or squat to the pull-up bar without having to unload the bar from the rack. It's also great to have the peace of mind that the spotter arms are there in case of emergency on heavier squats when human spotters aren't available.They are well made, fit my power rack nicely, and are quick & easy to adjust. Great bang for your buck!

Pretty sturdy and utilitarian, haven't failed me yet. They're the right size and are adjustable so as to work great with my CAP setup.

Overall a super value. I bought used and it looked like new. It's going to get banged up anyways. But the listed states that the pin is 3/8" and it did not fit my 7/16 holes. The pin is closer to 1/2 inch, slightly smaller, but bigger than 7/16". Had to drill my rack holes to 1/2" for it to fit, but after that, it fit great and was easy to put on and take off.

They’re cheap and they work but the “Protective Rubber” is absolute trash. I ended up taking off the rubber and drilling out the rivets. I applied 1/4 by 2 inch rubber strips and used scotch extreme mounting tape. Made it so much better and now my barbell isn’t chewing up the rubber on the safeties. I would have paid $10 more for CAP to put something more durable on these. Also do not sit right on the rack, slight bend in the pin.

There seems to be lots of confusion on this items specifications, first of this rack has 500 lb rating not 300 lbs, this confusion is because this rack had a different model which is much older that only had a 300 lb rating. The old model isn’t sold on amazon anywhere unless you maybe bought one second hand. Also this rack does have spotter arms available for $30 which I highly recommend you buy for extra safety. In conclusion this rack is great for your squats, rack pulls, bench presses, overhead presses, barbell calf raises, pull-ups, chin ups and any other exercise you can do with a rack. For the spotter arms they are 16 inches long and are strong, I did a 300 lb rack pull on them and they held up great. They are plenty long for protecting you during squats and bench

These are perfect for my power rack. They are a little short on length but I don't have a lot of room in my small home gym, so are ideal.

Great quality, would add some more foam on the portion that makes contact with the power rack so it doesn't shake and clank around, but otherwise works well and I have no issue benching alone with this on my rack.
