Just had mine delivered. Air leaks. Do they need additional o rings for the threaded fittings?

If you put thread tape on all the hose fittings this should help. If it's leaking through the air gun itself then it's faulty and needs to be returned for another one.

Will it fit bike wheel?

these are for a compressor, air lines and they are fitted with Euro fittings. if you have a tyre inflator you can pump up a bike wheel. hope this helps

what hose can these fittings attach to?

Any hose or tool with a 1/4" BSP thread.
