Anna's Wild Yam Cream

Only thing that has helped me Regulate my hormones.

I purchased this cream after watching Barbara's O'Neill lecture about how to balance hormones. Apparently you have to use it for a year to achieve the best results but my hot flashes completely stopped after 2 months of using it! I bought another jar and will continue to use it for at least a year. I like it's texture and gentle smell, it absorbs into my skin very quickly leaving it soft and smooth.

Quite expensive and it’s hard to say if it’s working or not yet as not used it for a great length of time although do feel less stiff around my joints. I do like the smell of it and it applies very easy doesn’t leave you sticky and hasn’t stained my clothes. Might update once I have finished the tub give a better reflection.

Was advised by my gp not to take hrt as heart disease/blood pressure run through my family genes...so started the menopause at 47..im now 10yrs into it..its been hard...my mum told me about this product after she came across it on you tube...well thanku mamma...im defo the girl I used to be..by no means its not a complete miracle worker..I still have menopausal symptoms..I accept that and get on with it...one of my main worries was low libido..but after using this for 5 months now it surley has worked..😁🤩

I would urge all women to watch the video from Barbara O'Neill about hormones there is a couple of different ones. It's very important that we realise why why we get hommone symptoms and try to avoid HRT at all costs. This cream is completely natural and will help you get through this stage in your life. I've not got at that stage but I'm preparing. Yes it's expensive but a tub of this will last between 9 and 12 months. Men can also use this for an enlarged prostrate.

I'm hoping I don't jinx this but after nearly 5 months of no period and out of despair I turned to this cream.......my period started! I'm using this cream for peri-menopausal symptoms. It may be early days but I think it's working.Only negative for me personally is the smell. It's a bit too strong but what I've noticed is, if you let it it air dry or get a blow dryer on where applied, the smell disperses.

I am using this product for about 3 months. Without results yet. I have learned that it takes up to 2 years before i will see any positive results, so I will continue to persevere.

From the advert on Amazon there is no indication that this product contains soya bean I did try it as technically I wasn’t ingesting it. Unfortunately it didn’t agree with me and now I have a very expensive pot of cream that can’t use. ☹️🤯
