I ordered this frame on Tuesday, May 5th, not sure it would arrive in time for Mother's Day. It was delivered on Thursday, May 7th. I opened the box on Friday to put a picture in it for my mom and found the glass broken. I contacted Harmony Tree Collections customer service on Friday. They gave me multiple options to choose from to get a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement frame and it was delivered only 2 days later, on Sunday, May 10th. So in less than 6 days, i ordered this gift, had an issue, contacted them for help and got a replacement. Amazing customer service.Now for the frame itself, it's very well made, would recommend to anyone and it's adorable. I used a very candid picture of me and my mom from my wedding and she absolutely loved it. I'm going to remove the broken glass from the first one and use it in my house. You won't be sorry if you buy this!

My husband’s 90-year-old mother has already received all the birthday scarves, jewelry, and knickknacks that she’ll ever need. This year, I tried something different on her birthday—I bought her this prayer frame, and inserted a photo of my husband and his sister when they were children, living at their old house. My mother-in-law LOVES it! She is normally a reserved person, but she told me that it’s her favorite gift because it’s personal and heartfelt (unlike another scarf!), and reminds her of happy times. She now displays it in her living room, and shows it to all her friends when they stop by!The frame is solid wood, good quality. I particularly like the “Prayer for my Mother” poem, because it describes my mother-in-law to a “t”—strong, loving, and always supportive of her children throughout their lives. She is a special person, and I’m glad I made this purchase.

Nice , not top quality, feels like it may fall apart when you open it up. Mine was missing one of the back latches to keep the photo back cover on. Message is nice, color is nice. Not sure I would ever order again, feels cheaply made to me. Will look for another frame to replace for my mom. Overall it’s decent enough, but probably not going to be something that you could change the picture in often or the whole thing may fall apart. Emailed the company to see if I can get a replacement at least since it arrived broken. Was packaged nicely though.

This is so great for a mother's days gift. It comes packaged very nicely and it's a little heavy which is good. It doesn't feel cheap. It really is great for the price. The saying in it just makes me want to cry and I can't wait to give it to her.
