Great read. This book is a must-reader; it goes into great detail about gaining mental discipline and the tools needed to achieve and maintain it and having an end state of mental discipline.

The journey of discipline
Powerfull book for anyone looking to increase there mental spirit and resilience. Not only did this book have a multitude of enhancement techniques to help those daily life struggles, but anyone wanting to continue there journey into creating an ideal lifestyle, this book has countless resources to select what to research and read next. Thank you Ian. I personally am writing this review because of the favor you asked on the last page. In someone who is just starting their journey into becoming an author and life coach you have inspired me that with a little action anything can be achieved! I look forward to reading some of the other material you have published to see what else I can learn from you.

The power of mental discipline
This is one of the better books. I’ve read with details and the stories that are in the book are easy to follow easy to read and hard to put down once you start reading the book only book similar that would be a David Goggins can’t hurt me, which is very similar to this book 5 stars.

Very useful
I really liked this book because it gave practical information. I like the way it broke down all the steps to achieving mental discipline and even how to maintain and keep growing it after it has been achieved

Consistency is key
I really enjoyed reading this book. It made me realize how much consistency I want to have in all aspects of my like. I liked how the author gave suggestions and resources on how to be more disciplined. I definitely recommend this book!

Transformational book leading me to who I want to become
Loved the book so much I bought it for my teenage kids. Being armed with discipline at a young age will certainly give them the tools to be successful

Terrible "book", don't waste your money.
Please, don't waste your money on this "book".It's a word document, self published in Poland.Unreadable, ridiculously bad print and terribly written. You can barely call this a book. The guy wrote a entire "chapter" describing his other "books", saying that they will empower you. I think it only empowers his bank account.I opened it and thought "man, they got me".It looks like a student essay on motivation that got an "A" and the guy feels like he is self help genius.

I loved the way this book is written and I am excited to implement all the strategies delineated in this book. This book has inspired me. While reading this book I have got rid of two of my really bad habits.
I liked pretty much everything and especially the simplification with which the book is written. Each technique seems realistic. It empowers you. Looking forward to read the another book by the author on mindfulness and meditation. Kudos for the good work.

A STRAIGHTFORWARD PLANNED APPROACH TO COMBAT PROCRASTINATION AND INERTIA
This is the best self help book I have read in ages. I am struggling right now trying to motivate myself with some fairly important things I need to accomplish to get on and some of them will be life changing in a good way, but I have absolutely tormented myself with procrastination and just felt like giving up, then this book popped up in my recommended list!Well worth the read and I do think it made me realise where my problems lie and following the advice of the book I feel more positive about everything already!
