I’m so impressed with this product and the customer service!! Im not one to leave reviews but boy do they deserve it! I messaged the seller because I was a little nervous ordering. The seller messaged back fast and even included a sample to ease my worries!

I was able to easily upload my design and when I tested it upon arrival everything worked well. You’ll have to practice lining up the good seals if you’re using it for them as well as try out what pressure to use but that’s expected. I’m glad I got the table top style and not the handheld.

If you need an embosser, this is the one to get. It’s well made, has a good amount of heft to it, and has pads on the bottom to not scuff up your table or move around while using it.At first, the stamping plate came with the print a bit too big. I contacted the seller and specified the dimensions and they took care of the issue quickly. If you have a specific size that you need printed, I’d recommend adding it to the notes, just to be safe. I’ll definitely be purchasing other plates and sizes from this seller.

I ordered this to emboss napkins. After receiving the first one and it working exactly as I'd hoped, I realized that I would prefer a larger imprint. I ordered another insert. As you can see from my photos, the larger one doesn't imprint as well. The outside edges and the bottom are especially a problem. You must be standing to even get it this well. When doing even light weight card stock, you have to be standing to press hard enough to get an imprint and it still is just the center section that does well. If you just want to use paper, with the larger one, if you press hard enough to see the bottom section, it rips the top of the paper. There is obviously a problem with my additional insert not being right.After contacting the seller, the explanation was that the 2nd design is larger distributing the pressure over the whole surface making the impression more shallow. The 1st design is smaller and more concentrated making the impression look more pronounced. If that is the case, why would the larger surface be an option? I had planned to order an address insert next, but because it will obviously take more of the surface, from their explanation, you will have an uneven image exactly like I have.Bottom line, if you want a good chance at it being a good even emboss, be sure not fill the surface provided. Just stick to the center.

I bought this to stamp my poster prints I produce here in my studio and am very happy with the quality and result. Keep your design bold and simple for best results.
